PAMAS: Agent-Based Supply Chain Event Management System

چکیده
The complexity and the dynamic behavior of fulfillment processes in supply chains define the need for innovative Supply Chain Event Management (SCEM) systems. Based on a generic concept for an agentbased SCEM system the realization of a prototype for a logistics service provider is presented. The proactive design of the order monitoring using adaptive order profiles and the integration of heterogeneous data sources from different supply chain partners ensure an optimized management of events during supply chain fulfillment.
